Incoming Server: mail.copenhost.com    –                    Port: 143      –                     Port (SSL): 993

Outgoing Server: mail.copenhost.com    –                    Port: 25        –                     Port (SSL): 465

Step 1:

In Outlook go to “Files” in the top left corner and find “Add Account”.

Step 2:

Insert your e-mail address, click on “Advanced Settings”, mark the checkbox “Let me configure my account manually” and click “Connect”.

Step 3:

Click on “IMAP”, insert your password and click “Connect”.

if it has “Sync with Microsoft Cloud” on then turn it off

Step 4:

Your e-mail address has now been successfully added to Outlook!
